My journey with hypnotherapy began through personal experience. After exploring various forms of therapy, it was hypnotherapy that truly transformed the way I thought, felt, and performed. I was fascinated by the idea of retraining the mind – of creating real change from the inside out.

After experiencing its success firsthand, I made the decision to completely change direction and dedicate my career to this work. What began as a personal breakthrough became a professional calling.

Over time, my practice has naturally evolved beyond traditional hypnotherapy. I now work closely with individuals who want to grow – personally, professionally, and mentally. This includes high performers such as athletes, entrepreneurs, and executives who value a long-term partnership built on trust, collaboration, and understanding.

As a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist, I have completed intensive training and hold the Practitioner Diploma in Hypnotherapy (Dip Hyp) certification. I am also a member of the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) and GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register)
